I cant believe how much energy I have and how healthy I feel. &amp;nbsp;It is amazing how quickly your body responds to proper nutrition and exercise. &amp;nbsp;Yesterday I went to a figure and fitness show here in Victoria and Tosca Reno was a guest speaker. She is an author of like 10 books, has been on the cover of oxygen 6 times, and she used to compete as well!
